NYU Grossman School of Medicine, part of NYU Langone Health, invites applications for a Residency/Fellowship Program Associate. This role provides administrative support for departmental residency activities under direct supervision, handling communications, data entry, and documentation for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel reimbursements, maintaining records, and preparing recommendations or verifications of training.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree required with at least 1 year of office experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and strong communication with all levels of the organization.

Mansioni

• Triages all communications and initiates actions for residency program queries.
• Supports residency program leadership and maintains residency records.
• Assists with data entry, timekeeping, and travel reimbursements.
• Maintains knowledge of ACGME requirements for residency programs.
• Represents the program at monthly residency meetings and coordinates schedules.
