RWJBarnabas Health is currently seeking an experienced, board-certified OB/GYN Physician for a full-time Residency Program Director position at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and OB/GYN residency program located in Newark, NJ. This role involves administrative duties, clinical coverage in obstetrics and gynecology, and related specialties, based on training. Candidates should be familiar with quality and safety initiatives and have experience managing residency programs and schedules.
The Residency Program Director will participate in departmental and hospital committees, working to advance the division and department’s mission through scholarly activities such as grant-writing, grand rounds, advocacy, and participation in local, regional, or national committees. The role includes leadership at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and fostering scholarly growth among OB/GYN residents.
