This position is eligible for the Performance Recognition Plan (PRP), which recognizes leadership, management, and significant organizational impact as per County Management Resolution Article 3, Section 311(C).
AMPD I: No post-residency experience required.
AMDP II: Minimum one year post-residency experience in primary care or relevant specialty, including leadership experience.
Licenses and Certificates: Valid California Physician's and Surgeon's Certificate, DEA registration, and certification in a medical specialty by an American Board. A valid California Driver's License may be required.
Knowledge of modern medical principles, techniques, and supervision practices. Ability to plan, organize, supervise, instruct, and maintain accurate records.
