Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-2 years experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the residency program content and accreditation standards.
• Schedule residents in coordination with supervisors, managers and clinical coordinators.
• Assist in defining the department's mission, planning and goal setting, and performance standards.
• Lead the department to the achievement of excellence.
