Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Residency Coordinator II to manage the Family Medicine Residency SGF program. The role focuses on maintaining the program’s content and accreditation readiness, coordinating schedules, and supporting residents to gain strong educational and practical experience.

You will work closely with supervisors, managers and clinical coordinators, participate in setting goals and standards, and help lead the department toward excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the program’s content and structure to meet accreditation standards.
• Assist residents to gain the best educational and practical experience from the program.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers and clinical coordinators to schedule.
• Define the department’s mission, planning and goal setting, and performance standards to lead the department to excellence.

Job Description:

The Residency Coordinator II is responsible for the maintenance of the program’s content and structure such that it is sufficient to meet or exceed the standards of accreditation. This position functions to assist the resident in gaining the best educational and practical experience from the program. This position works closely with supervisors, managers and clinical coordinators to schedule. The coordinator participates in defining the department’s mission, planning and goal setting, and performance standards in order to assist in leading the department to the achievement of excellence.Education: Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred: Bachelors Degree Experience: Required: 1-2 years experience Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams Proficient Computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
