Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks a program coordinator to join the Residency Program Leadership Team in Stratford. You will support the governance, budgets, and accreditation compliance for residency and fellowship programs, coordinating residents, fellows, medical students, and rotators.

You’ll implement and oversee software systems for accreditation, ERAS and NRMP, while coordinating exams, events, and curriculum activities. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health admin, education or business.
• 2 years’ residency program coordination experience.
• Proficient knowledge of GME accreditation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with staff and uphold Jefferson values.
• Support development and governance of educational programs.
• Apply ACGME program requirements to the residency.
• Manage annual recruitment for educational programs.
• Coordinate exams, residency events, and handbooks.
• Oversee didactics and conference attendance.
• Lead evaluation processes for residents and faculty.
• Coordinate Residency/CCC/EPE committees.
• Liaise with Finance on Medicare cost reports.
• Ensure HR/ACGME compliance for rotations.
• Oversee New Innovations and other software systems.
