Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience; 3 years in academic healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience in GME operations, recruitment, and AAMC/LCME regulations; project leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residency program processes, including resident recruitment and evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME/GME guidelines and submit required reports.
• Manage day-to-day program reporting, case logs, resident evaluations, duty hours, and conferences.
• Support CCC remediation and advise residents on training matters; drive program improvements.
