Job summary

University of Louisville is seeking a Medical Residency Program Coordinator IV to oversee the Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition fellowship program at the Health Sciences Center.

The role collaborates with the program director, division leadership, and the GME office to implement policies, ensure compliance with national and institutional guidelines, and verify that fellows meet all requirements for successful training completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in graduate medical education preferred.
• Proficiency with accreditation guidelines (ACGME) and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director with fellowship program management and required reporting in multiple software systems mandated by the GME Office and ACGME.
• Oversee daily operational activities and special program events.
• Manage program data in hardcopy files and online systems.
• Coordinate conferences and rotation schedules for faculty and fellows and ensure training requirements are met.
• Track fellowship expenses with the Financial Team and monitor reimbursements.
