Job summary

The University of Louisville Health Sciences Center seeks a Medical Residency Program Coordinator IV to manage daily operations of the Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition fellowship program, ensuring policies and procedures comply with GME/ACGME guidelines.

You will supervise reporting, data management, conferences and rotations, coordinate recruitment, onboarding, graduation events, and support the program director and division leadership while maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in graduate medical education and fellowship management is preferred.
• Proficiency with residency/fellowship management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist program director with management of the fellowship training programs and reporting per GME/ACGME.
• Oversee daily operational activities and program data management.
• Coordinate conferences, rotations, and training requirements.
• Track fellowship expenses with Financial Team and reimbursements.
• Monitor completion of program requirements and provide verifications.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and graduation events for fellows.
• Manage online lecture series and scheduling; provide backup to staff.
