Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and three years coordinating educational programs, accredited residency and/or fellowship programs; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of assigned fellowship programs with a focus on operations and accreditation compliance.
  • Coordinate ERAS administration and NRMP Match activities; handle applicant communications and interview scheduling.
  • Organize educational activities such as didactic conferences, clinical rotations, and fellow evaluations.
  • Provide support across Pediatric programs and facilitate communication among fellows, faculty, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to PME office operations and assist Program Directors, Associate Directors, and Chief Residents.
