Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years total education/experience as described (see table).
• Progressively more responsible clerical or secretarial experience, including word processing and database management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Director with preparation of the master rotation schedule for all residents.
• Coordinate resident rotation schedule using the master schedule; prepare materials and packets two weeks prior to rotation.
• Act as liaison between residents and residency program administration for rotation issues and solutions.
• Enter data into New Innovations Residency database (block schedule, monthly rotations, conference attendance, leaves).
• Support orientation activities and schedules for residents and learners.
