Job summary

The Enrollment Manager at AUSL guides admitted residents from offer to first day of residency, coordinating offers, placement, onboarding, and DePaul University enrollment. They use Slate and AUSL dashboards to keep data accurate and support enrollment benchmarks.

Through proactive outreach, events, and community building, this role removes barriers, engages residents, and strengthens belonging across cohorts, ensuring timely onboarding and a smooth transition into the residency program.

Qualifications

• A least 3 years of professional work experience; including at least 1 year of proven enrollment or matriculation experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent years of work experience).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A deep, demonstrated commitment to educational equity and AUSL’s core mission, vision, and values.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Slate experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Residency Offers and placement to drive signed Letters of Intent by the deadline.
• Assign Teaching Placement for each incoming resident in line with partner positions.
• Maintain Residency Waitlist and track residency data with dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with DePaul on transcripts, prerequisites, financial aid, and onboarding.
• Drive candidate cultivation and engagement to meet enrollment benchmarks.
