Job summary

The Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL) is seeking a Director of Residency Systems Engineering & Data Analytics to own the technical architecture, data infrastructure, and analytical engine of AUSL's residency program.

Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Operations, you will bridge systems and data engineering with program operations, translating complex metrics into predictive insights for residents, mentors, university partners, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7+ years in program operations, data management, or educational tech.
• Experience in higher education or non-profit multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Residency Dashboard maintenance and external development liaison.
• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management and annual measurement calendar.
• Design predictive monitoring and tiered interventions for program improvements.
• Oversee compliance and reporting for USDOL RAPids/ETPL funding.
• Coordinate on-campus operations 2 days/week and events up to 5 days/week.
