Responsibilities

• Greet owners and guests with a warm, personalized welcome.

• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments for occupancy readiness.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area in a neat, professional state; monitor room status updates.
• Operate room key system and front-office equipment; process mail and packages as needed.
