Greystone Programs, Inc. is seeking aResidence Manager for one of our OPWDD certified group homes in Pleasant Valley, NY. The role requires leading a dedicated Direct Support Professional team, mentoring staff, and ensuring individuals receive opportunity-driven life plans.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, and participate in on-call coverage, while upholding our core values of respect and diversity. Relevant supervisory experience and a related degree are preferred.

• Experience leading/supervising staff in residential services.
• Preferred background in OPWDD settings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to mentor and guide Direct Support Professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a group home in Pleasant Valley, NY.
• Coordinate and supervise Direct Support Professional staff to support residents.
• Develop, monitor and evaluate meaningful plans to promote growth and independence.
• Lead in creating and supervising life plans; provide on-call coverage as needed.
