The Center for Disability Services in the Capital Region seeks a Program Manager to lead residential programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the people we serve.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment across day-to-day operations. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Experience supervising diverse staff in human services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a demanding environment.
