Job summary

The Center for Disability Services in New York's Capital Region seeks a Program Manager to oversee residential programs, ensure regulatory compliance and promote satisfaction for the individuals we support. You will lead diverse staff, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, supportive environment 24/7.

This role emphasizes supervisory responsibilities, staffing adequacy, and continuous program improvement within a dedicated, mission-driven team. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of Human Services experience; 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and ensuring satisfaction of the individuals we support.
