Job summary

Greystone Programs, Inc. seeks a dedicated Residence Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an OPWDD group home in Stanfordville, NY.

You will mentor Direct Support Professionals and lead the creation, monitoring, and evaluation of meaningful plans that help residents reach their highest potential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and supervisory experience; OPWDD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant supervisory experience and demonstrated competence in independently leading/supervising staff will be considered as an alternative.
• Experience working in an OPWDD setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an OPWDD group home.
• Coordinate Direct Support Professional staff to support residents' lives.
• Create, monitor, and evaluate meaningful plans to help residents grow.
• Mentor, teach, and guide staff.
• Lead in problem-solving and analytics.
