Job summary

Wayland Baptist University’s Plainview Campus is seeking a Resident Hall Supervisor to oversee housing operations for the 10-month term. You will supervise Resident Assistants and residents, uphold safety, and support social, academic, and personal growth in a Christ-centered living environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating RA projects, maintaining room checks, ensuring timely maintenance reports, on-call availability 24/7, and complying with housing policies.

Qualifications

• Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA (cumulative) when enrolled at WBU.
• Graduate student status or be at least 23 years old unless approved by Housing Coordinator.
• Knowledge of residence life policies, safety and student development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident housing and residents to foster social, academic and personal growth.
• Be on-call 24/7 and schedule vacations through Housing Coordinator.
• Assist RA projects, supervise program planning, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform room checks, maintain safety/cleanliness, and monitor maintenance reports.
• Manage key control and ensure timely communication with Housing and Maintenance.
