Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise professional and student staff.
• Experience in crisis response, student conduct, and residential operations.
• Commitment to inclusive communities and DEI principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for residential education, student engagement, and staff development.
• Oversee on-call crises, student wellbeing, and conduct processes.
• Coordinate occupancy, move-in/move-out, and facilities coordination.
• Collaborate with campus partners to enhance retention and campus climate.
