Job summary

University of Utah Residential Education Coordinator position in Salt Lake City oversees administrative, HR, recruitment, and training for ~200 student staff and 25 professional staff within the Office of Residence Life.

The role will serve in the Area Duty Rotation for 24/7 on-call housing support and will work with the Dean of Students and Housing & Dining to foster student belonging and success across a 7,000-bed residential system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative, HR, recruitment, and training processes for ~200 student staff and 25 professional staff.
• Serve in the Area Duty Rotation – the on-call rotation for on-campus housing (24/7/365).
• Collaborate with the Office of Residence Life, the Office of the Dean of Students, and Housing & Dining to promote student belonging and success.
