The Live-On Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the department's vision and mission. Reporting to an Assistant Director, they supervise up to 12 Resident Assistants and oversee daily operations in buildings housing up to 400 students. Responsibilities include:
Supervision:This position is classified as a Residential Education Specialist Professional or Intermediate Professional, depending on experience and education. A Bachelor's Degree is required for the Professional level. Higher levels require additional education/experience.
This role requires background checks (Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse, FBI) and operation of a motor vehicle with a valid license.
The position is a live-in, 10-month or 83.3% FTE role, with full benefits. Start date is mid-July.
