Qualifications

• Experience leading resident assistant recruitment and selection.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and evaluate live-in staff and coordinators.
• Lead department initiatives and oversee recruitment and training processes.
• Manage crises and coordinate with campus resources.
• Teach courses and support retention initiatives.
• Maintain high visibility and act as hearing administrator when needed.
