Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Residence Inn Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable goodbyes. You will be the face of the hotel, managing reservations, guest requests, and inquiries with genuine hospitality.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; hotel experience and familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office are preferred. Shift: 3pm–11pm.
