Pay Range: $16.45/hr (fixed range provided by Aimbridge Hospitality; actual pay depends on skills and experience)

About the Role

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for ensuring a great breakfast experience for hotel guests. This includes maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, preparing and serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service according to hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service and respond to inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, including specialty drinks, while adhering to food safety standards.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and well-stocked; clear tables and refresh buffet stations promptly.
• Address guest needs proactively and evaluate solutions for any issues.
• Support team members in various tasks, including dishwashing and replenishing food items.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift items up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus.
