We are looking for a Breakfast Attendant to join our top-notch hospitality team at the Crooked River Lodge. This position will require you to be able to prepare and set out self-serve breakfast meals in an efficient and attractive manner for our hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

• Properly cook food to company and industry standards

• Ensure a great presentation of food items

• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and breakfast room

• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

• Check quality of ingredients

• Monitor stock and place orders when needed

Skills

• Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware

• Ability to follow all sanitation procedures

• Ability to work in a team

• Good physical condition and stamina

Job Type: Full Time

Wage Range: $16 to $18 per hour
