Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent at Residence Inn Austin Parmer/Tech Ridge. The position offers a $17.50/hour wage with full-time hours, weekend availability, and a mix of shifts (7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm).

You’ll be the face of the hotel, handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and daily operations with a friendly, proactive approach. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent and familiarity with hotel software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to deliver reliable, friendly guest service.

Responsibilities
