Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) seeks a Student Housing Operations Manager at the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus to oversee all residence hall operations, budgeting, licensing, and summer conferences. The role partners with UMass Boston to deliver a resident life program and ensure financial and facilities integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Five to seven years of experience in Student Housing Operations or Property Management.
• Experience with undergraduate student populations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and computer competency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student housing management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and program management for a student community of approximately 1000 beds at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
• Serve as primary contact for the University regarding all aspects of operations and facilities for the community.
• Oversee rent collection and other revenue generation.
• Collaborate with university partner to manage the excess financial aid process for qualified students.
• Oversee annual marketing plan and marketing implementation.
• Oversee facility management and preventive maintenance programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Master’s degree preferred
