Job summary

COCM seeks a Director of Student Housing Operations to oversee the overall management of a university residence hall community at the University of Massachusetts, Boston campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Masters preferred.
• 5–7 years in Student Housing Operations or Property Management required.
• Experience with undergraduate student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a student community of ~1000 beds at UMass Boston.
• Oversee rent collection and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with university partner on financial aid processes for qualified students.
• Manage summer revenue, licensing, conferences, and turn management.
• Coordinate communications between COCM and Housing & Residence Life.
