Job summary

World Relief seeks a skilled communicator with strong administrative and organizational abilities to support the Program of Initial Resettlement. The role focuses on planning and facilitating PIR Network Trainings, coordinating virtual cultural orientations for new arrivals, and creating technical assistance resources for field operations.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief values.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in grant compliance contexts.
• Ability to analyze data and report findings.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to training content and resources for field implementation.
• Oversee cultural orientation curriculum and its facilitation at local levels.
• Conduct regular virtual cultural orientations for new arrivals.
• Track completion and effectiveness of Cultural Orientation programs.
• Train new staff and align proper training implementation across offices.
• Coordinate peer-learning and Community of Practice meetings.
• Organize and promote training resources for field staff.
• Provide field consultation on training-related questions.
• Plan and facilitate PIR Network Training meetings and conferences.
• Support monitoring and travel as needed.
