Job summary

World Relief seeks a skilled communicator with excellent administrative and organizational skills for initial resettlement work. The role plans and facilitates PIR Network trainings, coordinates virtual orientations for new arrivals, and develops resources to support the Initial Resettlement program across the U.S. network.

Travel up to 15% is required; the candidate should be self-motivated, collaborative, and excel in communication across diverse audiences while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in refugee resettlement work.
• Familiarity with IRIS, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate PIR Network trainings.
• Facilitate virtual cultural orientations to new arrivals.
• Create technical assistance modules and resources for Initial Resettlement.
• Coordinate peer training across offices and organize resettlement conferences.
• Track completion of Cultural Orientation at national and local levels.
• Support field staff with training implementation and follow-up.
