Job summary

World Relief seeks an experienced Program Officer in refugee resettlement to support local offices by ensuring excellence in program administration and post-arrival resettlement programming across the nationwide network.

You will monitor compliance, develop guidance, and train field staff to deliver high-quality services to newly arrived refugees while working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders. Strong writing, data analysis, and Microsoft Suite skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in refugee resettlement or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with grant compliance and reporting requirements.
• Domestic travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case management tasks and provide technical assistance for post-allocation cases.
• Oversee pre-arrival reports and meet deadlines.
• Maintain and improve program databases (IRIS, Dynamics).
• Support monitoring and data reporting on grant compliance.
• Collaborate to develop training plans and support field staff.
