Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in unconventional completions, well interventions, or workover operations.
• Experience with multiple completion or intervention technologies.
• Proficiency with stimulation/completion modeling software (e.g., ResFrac, Kinetix).
• Experience applying risk assessment, hazard analysis, and Management of Change (MOC).
• Willingness to travel ~25–30% to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and execution of geothermal completions, stimulations, and workover operations.
• Develop detailed operating procedures compliant with HSE requirements.
• Provide hands-on field engineering support during active operations and serve as primary contact for completion/ intervention issues.
• Support full well lifecycle activities from initial completions to remedial work and interventions.
