Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks an Operations Lead for the Reserve Cafe at the Chicago Roastery. You will support operations managers and partners to deliver the Starbucks Reserve experience, especially during peak times, while maintaining standards and a positive work environment.

You will coach teammates, help train new partners, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash-handling policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail/restaurant environments.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead work of others and coach teammates respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations managers, associate managers, and specialists in executing store operations.
• Maintain a calm, high-service environment during busy periods and ensureReserve standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to partners to deliver the Starbucks Reserve experience.
