Scenic Stays is seeking an organized and dependable Assistant Reservations Manager to support the daily operations of our Reservations department. Reporting directly to the Director of Reservations, this hands-on leadership position combines guest service, reservation management, team support, and problem-solving.

In this role, you’ll assist guests throughout the booking process, provide day-to-day guidance to reservation agents, help resolve escalated situations, and ensure reservations are

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or a related role.
• Experience leading, training, or coaching a team is beneficial but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to stay professional and solution-focused under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest calls, emails, messages, and booking inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with new reservations, quotes, modifications, payments, cancellations, and questions.
• Provide daily guidance and support to Reservations team members.
• Oversee department operations when the Director of Reservations is unavailable.
• Escalate significant guest or reservation concerns to the Director of Reservations.
• Document reservation changes and guest communications accurately in company systems.
