Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume reservations calls, emails, SMS, and online chat.
• Quote rates, packages, fees, and policies accurately.
• Upsell rooms and higher-priced packages when possible.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain knowledge of the brand, locations, and promotions.
• Process charges and refunds on reservations as needed.
• Open/close department procedures and represent the company professionally.
