Seeking Booking Agent - Customer Service Specialist!

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This positionis responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.

So many companies have been downsizing over the last year, but we were busy acquiring new resorts for our owners to travel to and we have no plans to slow down. We offer rapid advancement, on the job training, and continuous development! If you are a fast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillset.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check all Marketing Emails
• Check all reservations to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
• Email hotels and vendors
• Keep up to date Blackout List
• Check condo availability and assign tours
• Pull manifests for all arrivals
• All other duties assigned

Job Requirements

• 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
• Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Good communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred
• Must enjoy a team environment
• Must be at least 18 to apply.
