Eden Roc Miami Beach, a legendary oceanfront resort in Miami Beach, seeks a Reservations/Revenue Manager to optimize room revenues and pricing strategy. You will supervise reservations operations, forecast demand, and communicate market trends to support yield decisions across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Strong negotiation and interpretation of contracts.
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
• Present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maximize and forecast room revenues through inventory and pricing management.
• Communication of trends and strategies to assist team members in making yield decisions.
• Supervision of Reservations Agents and office operations.
• Assist as necessary with the reservations process. Manage e-commerce accounts/business.
• Collaborate with sales and hotel departments to optimize revenue.
