Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Reservations Lead to act as a key ambassador, handling guest inquiries, bookings, and upselling while guiding agents in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a strong service mindset, 2+ years in hotel reservations and customer service, with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of the Springer Miller SMS system. Onsite training is provided, with potential for hybrid/remote arrangements for Colorado residents.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years hotel/resort reservations or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years customer service experience required.
• Experience with Springer Miller SMS preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook required; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest calls, emails, and chats with accurate information about accommodations, amenities, activities, policies, and local offerings.
• Enter, modify, and confirm reservations; maintain guest records and payment information in accordance with privacy standards.
• Recommend room upgrades, packages, and products to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Guide guests through booking and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless arrivals and stays.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance to Reservations Agents and support training and SOP implementation.
