Job summary

White Pass & Yukon Route is seeking an entry-level Reservations Agent in Kentucky to support ticketing and public inquiries. Responsibilities include entering reservations, answering questions via phone, email, and in person, and assisting with train loading and passenger transfers.

A friendly demeanor and teamwork are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with basic computer use, proficient in email and Microsoft Word, and able to communicate clearly with the public.

Responsibilities

• Enter reservations into the ticketing system.
• Answer questions via phone, email, and in person regarding White Pass products.
• Assist the Passenger Department with train loading, passenger transfers and crossing-guard duties.
