Responsibilities include handling transactions, restocking, merchandising souvenir goods, and coordinating with staff to ensure safe, timely deliveries and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process online and phone orders.
• Restock items and keep storeroom neat.
• Complete purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds, exchanges.
• Maintain cash receipts and POS accuracy.
• Receive freight and prepare souvenir merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Coordinate with stockers to ensure timely delivery on site.
• Coordinate with Gift Shop and other departments for safety and service.
• Open/close checklist and secure the store to prevent losses.
• Greet customers and assist with locating merchandise.
