Job summary

The Coeur d'Alene Resort is seeking a Reservation Agent & Group Rooms Coordinator to provide friendly reservation sales and exceptional guest service, coordinating both individual and group bookings for conferences, weddings, and events.

You will manage inquiries through arrival, upsell packages, and communicate with meeting planners and resort departments to ensure accurate room blocks, rates, and deadlines in Opera Cloud and Delphi.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, front desk, or group housing coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional telephone manner.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound reservation calls and online bookings.
• Sell and promote rooms, packages, and resort experiences through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide accurate information on rates, availability, policies, and amenities.
• Enter and maintain reservations in Opera Cloud and Delphi.
• Manage group room blocks, rooming lists, deadlines, billing instructions, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Conference Services, Events, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth arrivals.
• Monitor group pickup and availability; assist with forecasting and reporting.
