Job summary

The Coeur d’Alene Resort is seeking a Reservation Agent & Group Rooms Coordinator to join our front desk team and help guests plan their perfect stay with warmth and professionalism.

You will handle individual and group reservations from inquiry to arrival, upsell rooms and packages, coordinate room blocks, and communicate across departments.

Strong organization, detail orientation, and excellent communication are essential, especially during high-volume periods with weekend and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reservations or front desk
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Weekend and evening availability

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls, online reservations, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Sell and promote rooms, packages, activities, and resort experiences through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide accurate information regarding rates, availability, policies, amenities, and resort offerings.
• Enter and maintain accurate reservations in Opera Cloud, Revinate, Delphi, and other systems.
• Manage group room blocks, rooming lists, pickup, deadlines, billing instructions, and special requests.
• Communicate with guests, meeting planners, and resort departments to ensure successful group arrivals.
