What we are looking for in a Reservations Associate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required for managing reservations, responding to emails, and handling store inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of or interest in RV camping, travel, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.
  • Physical Requirements: This is primarily a desk‑based role. Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone regularly, and occasionally lift light items (up to 10 lbs), such as office supplies or marketing materials.
