Living Fully Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Lead to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest comfort. The role emphasizes organization, proactive communication, and hands-on cleaning oversight with a focus on efficiency and standards.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments typical of hospitality.

• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
• Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements.
• Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the housekeeping team and oversees daily operations to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet overall standards.
• Coordinates team assignments to meet daily unit needs
• Maintains supply levels for cleaning and laundry operations
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas/facilities
• Prepare rental units for guest check-in
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements
