Dream Live Prosper Communities is seeking a Leasing Specialist in St. Augustine, FL. The role focuses on showrooming the property, showing apartments, and selling the value of a lease to residents and prospects.

You will interact with senior leadership and your supervisor, maintaining a WOW experience for residents, owners, and employees, while driving occupancy and revenue at the community.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid analytical skills and experience with income and financial statements.
• Proven examples of change leadership and on-site project management.

• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Appfolio, G-suite and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.
• Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
• Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.
• Conduct leasing tours using standards and close with confidence.
• Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques.
• Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience.
• Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals.
• Walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.
• Communicate with the Community Manager and teammates.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively.

Job description

The Leasing Specialist role is essential to the success of the communities as this individual is part of a team responsible for ensuring we offer a WOW customer experience to the residents and prospects. This includes responsibility for showing the community and apartments, walking the community, and selling the value of a lease.

You will communicate directly with the senior executive team and your direct supervisor on all aspects of property operations. You are maintaining a positive resident, owner, and employee WOW experience. Leasing apartments, providing an excellent prospect and resident experience, focusing on resident retention, executing property-level outreach marketing, and increasing revenue are all integral parts of the role.

About this Opportunity:

• Position type: Full-time
• Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
