Job summary

Living Fully Resorts is seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain our outdoor spaces and create an inviting landscape for guests. You will perform routine tasks, monitor plant health, and support seasonal decorating efforts to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring grounds maintenance or landscaping experience, understand irrigation basics, and can operate landscaping equipment safely. This role requires physical stamina and strong teamwork in a luxury-resort setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Monitor and care for plants, flowers, and shrubs to ensure a vibrant and inviting landscape.
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor facilities and amenities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Assist with special projects, such as landscaping enhancements and seasonal decorations.
• Collaborate with other resort staff to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment for our guests.

About this opportunity:

• Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00/hour, depending on experience
