Job summary

Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and lead daily housekeeping operations at our Seattle property.

The role requires supervising staff, inspecting guest rooms, and addressing guest concerns with a focus on exceptional service. Candidates should have hotel experience and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $31.60/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years or more with Hyatt, which is currently offered at $32.23/hour.
