Job summary

Hyatt Regency Seattle is seeking an Area Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations & Revenue team across our Seattle properties, driving inventory control, distribution strategy, and group reservations coordination. You will partner with Revenue Management and Events to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong forecasting, systems knowledge, and team development to deliver exceptional service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Hotel Reservations experience preferred.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Forecasting and revenue management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Hyatt's reservation systems and procedures preferred.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reservations function and support revenue performance.
• Coordinate Group reservations and Sales process.
• Monitor group pickup and partner with Revenue Management and Events to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee Reservations standards and system accuracy.
• Train and develop Reservations colleagues and related responsibilities.
