Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel reservations, strong PMS knowledge, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel reservations experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and reservation systems (PEP preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations to ensure accuracy and guest service.
• Manage room inventory, rates, availability, and reservation systems to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor booking trends and suggest strategies to improve performance.
• Load and maintain rates, packages, and tracking codes in the PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries and escalated reservation issues promptly.
• Generate reservations reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office to support objectives.
